Hello,
My NY title records the weight of my camper at 1740 lbs.
The outside length (body only) is 13 feet, 8 inches.
Adding the front hitch the total length is 17 ft. and 3 inches.
It has electric brakes but using them is not legally required
at this weight. I purchased the camper from a dealer in
Whitney Point, NY in April of 2010. It was a one owner
trade-in that had not gotten much use and was in excellent
condition.
After confirming that everything was in working order,
I hooked it up to my '96 Toyota T-100 pickup (2" ball) and
brought it to my back yard and put it up on blocks under
the car port shown in the photo. It has remained there
ever since. Every year I have greased the wheels thinking
I would finally get to use it but I never even registered it.
Otherwise I haven't done a thing with it. It's still in
excellent condition.
So... I've decided to sell it.

The 2004 floorplan (below) is similar to mine, but mine includes a furnace, top mounted
air conditioning and extra window on the side instead of the front (see photos below)
as well as the indicated refrigerator, microwave and porta-potty.
